Dealer Inquiries
Zeromass is now accepting wholesale/dealer inquiries. All dealers must present a resale license before approval. Dealer must also purchase an
initial order of $2,500.00 and a total of $5,000.00 within the same calendar year. Please inform us by phone or e-mail if you are interested in
becoming a potential dealer and we will provide you with our wholesale pricing information.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Please verify current pricing when placing an order.
Payment methods
Prepaid: Cash, Credit Card (Visa / Master / Discovery), Company Check, Certified Check,
Cashier’s Check or Money Order.
COD: Cash or Certified Check, Company Check (with prior approval), Cashier’s Check or Money Order.
Please note: $25.00 service charge will be made for returned checks.
Special Orders
All special orders must be prepaid in full when placing the order, may not be cancelled and are non-refundable.
Back Orders
Zeromass will ship all back orders upon availability without notification.
Shipping
Prices do not include shipping and handling charges. All orders are normally shipped by UPS ground. Dealers may request to use
their own trucking company. Please notify us by phone or e-mail in advance for approval.
Returns
Products approved for return are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and all freight charges associated with shipping and handling
are non-refundable. Products approved for return are for store credit only. For more details please refer to
our return policy under terms and conditions.
