All merchandise sold by Zeromass Inc. may not be legal for street use in all states or nations. Buyers hold all responsibility and liability
to comply with federal, state and international laws. Due to strict safety crash guidelines throughout the world, Zeromass is not responsible or
liable for any personal, property, parts loss or damaged caused by use or misuse of any product we manufacture or sell. Any repairs or modifications
made to any Zeromass products will nullify the return or exchange of those products.
All products manufactured by Zeromass Inc. are mostly hand-crafted. Therefore, items may contain small imperfections. Imperfections such as
wavy weaves, small bubbles, and clear coat blemishes are occasionally unavoidable and will not be considered a defective product. All merchandise will
require professional installation and may require minor adjustments.
Return Policy
Special orders placed by customers or buyers will be ineligible for any cancellation or return. If and only the original buyer decides to return any
ordered items, a copy of the original sales invoice must be presented within 5 days of receiving the parts to acquire a return authorization. Products must
then be shipped back to Zeromass at buyers’ own expense within 10 days after the return authorization has been issued. Products
must also be in the original shipping carton in the same way it was originally delivered or shipped. Remember, any used, modified, painted or installed parts will
not qualify for a return. Products approved for return are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and all freight charges associated with shipping and handling are
non-refundable. Products approved for return are for store credit only.
Contingencies
Zeromass will not be liable for any failure to provide products to buyers when the cause of such failure is due to the forces of nature, labor disputes,
supplies or material shortage, acts of local, state, national, civil, or other authorities or public agencies; utility or communication failures, accidents,
strikes, transportation problems, or any act or cause that does not normally occur in the ordinary course of Zeromass' business operation.
